Our Offshore Team

Teknokret and its offshore delivery partners have implemented the latest versions of the SAP components including APO, EBP, BW, SEM, CRM, and core R/3 (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, HR etc.) systems in the solution centers. These systems help us support projects and our field consultants along with building a strong internal hands-on knowledge base.

Our Web-based help desk and problem resolution system can be accessed 24 hours a day to help you with all your SAP problems. You can enter an issue using our online system and one of our expert team members will respond with an appropriate resolution or a course of action via our online system, email or phone.

Our Offshore team is made up of:

  • SAP functional experts (APO, BI, HANA, SEM, EBP, CRM).
  • SAP technical experts (Basis, WAS, ITS, EDI, BAPI's).
  • SAP development experts (ABAP, Java)
  • Specialized and general IT helpdesk group.
